How can I offer my price?

You can offer your price when you create a ride request.

How do I call a driver?

You can only call a driver after you select the driver from various offers available to you against your request for ride.

How do I delete a request?

To delete a request, go to the ‘My Rides’ page. Find the request you are looking for. Select it and tap ‘Cancel Ride’.

How app shows the recommended price?

App shows the offer price on the basis of selection of vehicle (Sedan/Suv) with average rate per kms on the basis of distance of your ride.

Price is inclusive of what?

Price is inclusive of Toll/State/Central taxes & Duties including Driver Allowance etc.

NegotiableDesk charge anything from Passengers?

No, we are not charging anything from Passengers.

What is a passenger rating?

A passenger rating is automatically generated based on its order history, complaints from the driver about the conflict, passenger behaviour, unpaid trips etc.

How to delete an account?

Send a request application email for deleting an account to support@NegotiableDesk.com.

Drivers

What are the requirements for drivers?

Person having a valid license can be a driver.

What are the requirements for Vehicle?

Vehicle having taxi parcing registration with valid Insurance, Fitness certificate, Permit and other valid documents as required in the app.

What is a driver rating?

A driver rating is automatically generated based on its order history, complaints from the passenger about the conflict, behaviour, completed numbers of trips etc.

What is priority? And what makes it grow?

Priority depends on the ratings given to you by passengers at the end of each ride. Priority is also determined by factors such as the number of completed requests, the number of stars in ratings, as well as by received complaints. Remember that more completed requests will lead to more ratings. This is what will allow your priority to grow.

I received a lower rating/review. Please delete it.

Lower ratings cannot be edited or deleted. This is because they represent the subjective opinions of passengers. They must be respected.

I was given a lower rating by a client with the name 'Passenger'. Who is it?

The nickname ‘Passenger’ hides the real name of the client who you gave a ride to sometime in the past. Their real name may replace with this nickname for security purposes.

What should I do if I had a conflict with a passenger?

After ride completion, you may give lower rating to particular passenger and put your message in brief about the conflict in feedback of ride. Our support team checks and do the needful at the best we can do.

How to delete an account?
